EVERYONE! Safety Info

This is a MUST WATCH video. I need everyone to be as aware as possible of how to be safe on set. We’ll be going over it again and again as the situation requires.

Remember: any messing around that could lead to someone getting hurt may result from you being dismissed from the set entirely.

Enjoy!

Update!

I just spoke with Richard Hatch, the director, and after discussing things it has been decided that rather than a large fight scene, we need to condense. What this means that rather than 30 seconds of fighting, be prepared for only about 10. This will help the overall story for the film move along faster.

As I posted earlier, we need to be flexible. I will be posting a new video of the Sam vs Masked Man later as well as yours. Watch for the video(s) with your name.

White Wings (Sam vs. Masked Man)

This is the first of several videos for the fight crew and film crew of the upcoming White Wings project.

Some things to note for fighters:
~When you rehearse your scenes based off the choreography you see here, just look for the video/post with your name in it.
~When you do rehearse, mind your surroundings. I had to clear all the furniture and make sure I was in an area that had a high enough ceiling. You may need to go outside. Just find an open area where you can move (do NOT try this in your bathroom).

Some things to note for film crew:
~This is just the choreography and the staging. Feel free to shoot from whatever angle you feel is best.
~The videos here are just so you know what action is taking place.
~Pacing can be sped up or slowed down, depending on what the shot needs.

Notes for both:
~By no means is this the final version of the fight choreography. If changes need to be made, then they will get made.
~Please be flexible (aka prepared to do something completely different).

Without further ado, here is our first example of how the fight choreography will most likely be taught.

This is Sam Vs Masked Man (Ty vs. Jakob). My wife Melissa is stepping in for the part of Sam.
